Schedule for the meetings of the Governing Council of the ECB in 1999 - Governing Council meeting on 16 December 1999 brought forward to 15 December 1999

The second December meeting of the Governing Council of the ECB has been rescheduled. The meeting was brought forward from Thursday, 16 December 1999 to Wednesday, 15 December 1999 in order to enable several Governing Council members to attend a first gathering of a new forum grouping Ministers and Central Bank Governors (the so-called G20), to be held on 16 December 1999 in Berlin.
